Remarkable
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection is a nostalgic compilation of the beloved TMNT franchise. As a longtime fan of the turtles, I was excited to dive into this collection and relive the adventures of Leonardo, Donatello, Michelangelo, and Raphael. However, while the collection offers a trip down memory lane, it falls short in some areas.

One of the highlights of the Cowabunga Collection is the inclusion of the original 1987 animated TV series. The show was a cultural phenomenon, and having all 10 seasons in one package is a dream come true for fans. The high-definition restoration is a nice touch, bringing the classic animation to life in vibrant colors.

In addition to the TV series, the collection also includes the three live-action movies from the 1990s. These films hold a special place in the hearts of many fans, and it's great to have them all in one place. The video quality has been improved, and the movies look better than ever.

However, where the Cowabunga Collection falls short is in the lack of bonus features. As a fan, I was hoping for some behind-the-scenes footage, interviews, or even commentary tracks. Unfortunately, the collection only includes the episodes and movies themselves, without any additional content. This feels like a missed opportunity and leaves fans wanting more.

Another downside is the lack of any new content or remastered versions of other TMNT animated series. While the original series is fantastic, it would have been great to see other iterations of the turtles included in this collection. It feels incomplete without the 2003 or 2012 animated series, which also hold a special place in the hearts of many fans.

Despite these shortcomings, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection is still a worthy addition to any TMNT fan's collection. The nostalgia factor alone makes it worth it, and the improved video quality is a welcome bonus. However, if you're looking for extensive bonus features or a more comprehensive collection, you may want to look elsewhere.

Overall, I would give Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection a rating of 7 out of 10. It's a great trip down memory lane for fans of the original series and movies, but it falls short in terms of bonus content and the inclusion of other iterations of the turtles.
